Purpose

This role provides strategic oversight and brand governance, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across all locations. It is not an execution or posting role.

Scope of Responsibilities

 

Brand & Quality Standards

**Supervision ensures that all content follows:

● Clean, professional presentation

● Proper handling of food and drinks

● Accurate filming techniques (lighting, framing, focus)

● Safe alcohol guidelines and compliance

● Consistent brand tone and visual style

● Avoidance of off-brand or unprofessional visuals

We make sure it looks good!

Submission Timing

● Content must be submitted with sufficient time for review **Within 24h-48h (Depending on the support plan selected)
● Creators may not wait last minute before publishing
● Same-day or last-minute reviews are only available on the premium support plan

● Final approval is required before posting to ensure quality control
● Content published without approval may be removed if the creator does not follow the guidelines
● Repeated issues will be escalated to management

● Creators must submit:
○ The video/photo
○ The full caption copy
● Promotions must be clearly explained in the caption

● Review hours: Monday–Sunday from 9am to 5pm after hours we will bring support the following day.
● One official chat per location or general depending on the support plan selected (Group Me or Whatsapp)

Managers and creators are responsible for:
● Recording content during their shifts
● Following the monthly calendar
● Publishing approved content only
● Meeting weekly expectations
● Applying corrections exactly as instructed

● Publishing on social media (Media content creation such as editing, videography, photography, graphic design are not included)
● Community management
● Yelp or Google review responses
● Daily editing or unlimited revisions
● Last-minute requests
● Training creators
● Managing schedules or posting times
